Zucchini Pasta, perfect for Summer!

Super-quick and super-versatile. Serve it with your favorite sauce!


Ingredients for 1 person:

  • 1 zucchini
  • Hot water
  • Seasoning (according to your taste!)


  • Cut the zucchini with the vegetable peeler
  • Put it into a colander
  • Pour hot water all over it
  • Put it in your pasta bowl
  • Season it according to your taste!


It is as easy and fast as described! And super tasty!

I find it more delicious than pasta and love to cook it in that other way:


  • 1 zucchini
  • Olive oil
  • Hot water
  • Seasoning (see below)
  • Salt and Pepper


  • Mushrooms
  • Eggplant
  • Onion
  • Tomato


  • Cut the vegetables of the seasoning into pieces
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat
  • Cook and stir the vegetables of the seasoning over medium heat for about 5min
  • Cut the zucchini with the vegetable peeler
  • Add the zucchini pasta in the hot mix
  • Add water and cook until the zucchini is softened, 5 to 7 minutes
  • Season with salt and pepper
